Welcome! I'm Sarah, a mum of three with a background in family support and teaching. Having seen how our current education system is leaving far too many children behind, Education Revolution UK is my stand for something different. It is a space for learning that puts wellbeing first, celebrates neurodiversity, and meets every child exactly where they are.
Our work brings together two strands that belong side by side. We offer compassionate, personalised tuition for young people who need a gentler, more flexible approach. At the same time, we're building a grassroots community for parents, educators and advocates who are ready to do education differently and who believe that the stand we take in our own lives is where real change begins
Our dedicated team of tutors and mentors bring passion, care and experience to provide tailored 1:1 and small group tuition and support. We specialise in working with neurodivergent learners and those who need a different approach to learning, whether they are home educated or navigating challenges in mainstream school.
Beyond tuition, our community invites everyone to reimagine what education could be. Through conversations, shared action and support, we are working together for a future where every learner is understood, valued and given the chance to flourish.

Courtney is a qualified teacher (PGCE) with over twelve years of experience teaching in both the United States and England. She's worked with learners of all ages, supporting them to build confidence, strengthen their understanding and feel more at ease with maths over time.
As a tutor, she focuses on creating a relaxed, supportive learning space where students feel comfortable asking questions and working at their own pace. She takes time to get to know each learner and adapts her teaching to suit them, breaking maths down into manageable steps, changing approaches that suit each student best and revisiting ideas as often as needed. Building trust and confidence is just as important to her as making academic progress.
Outside of tutoring, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the history of different areas with the hope to share that with her young son in the future. Her experiences in education and life outside of tutoring help shape the supportive, flexible approach that she brings to every student she works with.

Lucy is a teacher and school leader with over 18 years experience in secondary schools in England. While she teaches RE, Classics and Latin, she is also a qualified triathlon, swimming, cycling and running coach. She specialises in coaching busy teenagers to plan and manage their time and revision effectively so they can achieve their true potential in exams without sacrificing their wellbeing or giving up the extra-curricular activities they love. Her knowledge of cognitive science and her experience as head of Key Stage Four means she knows how to help students revise smarter, not harder, and how to make learning really stick.
Lucy lives with ADHD and so understands the challenges that students may face in trying to balance their desire to focus intensely on their passions while also achieving their true potential across the full range of subjects at GCSE. She has a toolkit of strategies to share with students who struggle to manage their time and energy, particularly if they have a busy schedule of sport or performing arts to fit in around schoolwork. She offers revision and time management coaching which supports students in all subjects rather than tutoring one specific subject area.

"I have lived-experience of the challenges faced by families and education providers in meeting the needs of Neurodivergent (ND) young people.
I feel very passionately about supporting ND folk to navigate their way through the sometimes murky waters of the education system, and to find a way that works for everyone involved, with the child taking absolute priority at its core.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education in 2008 and have spent over a decade working in special schools and alternative provisions. During my career I have embraced Continuous Professional Development opportunities and have a wealth of training and qualifications linked to SEND and Inclusion under my belt. I am also a qualified Senior Mental Health Lead and ND SEND Specialists Ltd. is trauma-informed.
Many of the pupils I have worked with, especially those who have experienced trauma, have displayed significantly complex and challenging behaviours, including physical and verbal aggression. I am proficient at working out what is driving the behaviour whilst supporting them to regulate, and have learnt not to take it personally which enables me to remain calm in high-stress situations.
I have a wealth of experience in advocacy and mediation and in developing working relationships with families and professionals to best support the child and their individual needs."

Emma is a wonderful mum of six and a passionate peer supporter for SEND families, drawing on her own lived experience to walk alongside parents who are navigating the system.
"I’m Emma - a mum to six incredible children, each with their own personalities, needs and experiences. Through my journey as a parent and experience as a special needs mum, I’ve grown and learned so much about myself, my children, and the system we’re all navigating.
When you first become a mum, and then a SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) mum, you're often overwhelmed with fact sheets, leaflets, and endless links, when all you really need is a friendly face, a warm drink, and maybe a slice of cake to stop the world spinning for a minute and to find a path forward!
I want to be that friendly face to help make sense of things and discover the path which is best for you and your family. I want to be the person I needed when I was going through it with my own children.
I’m here to help sift through the flood of information and find the bits that truly matter to you and your family. To walk alongside you as you find the way forwards that works best for your unique situation.
I'm not a qualified expert, and I don’t have all the answers. I’m still learning every day! But I have a passion to support others, and I’m excited to use what I’ve learned to make this journey a little less confusing and a lot less lonely - for you and for all the others like us."
