Our movement was born out of a simple but powerful idea: that real change starts with us.
We're a growing group of passionate parents, educators, and advocates coming together to take steps in our own lives and communities to bring about the changes that our education system so desperately needs. Together, we’re breaking down barriers to learning and empowering every student to thrive.
Because change doesn’t only happen in Parliament - it happens in our everyday conversations, in our classrooms, and in the choices we make as parents and educators.
We are not a single campaign, but rather a network that supports and amplifies the many individuals and movements already pushing for reform, helping people find their place within the wider landscape of change.

Join the Irregular Membership
We want a world that is more desirable for everyone: a world of kindness, curiosity, equity, consent and connection. That requires change.
You're not the only one who feels like the world is on fire. You believe in "being the change you want to see" and you want to make a meaningful impact, but right now, it can be hard to see how can any of us can balance building a life we love and shaping a world we need.
The Irregular Membership is your invitation to explore a gentler, more liberating way of being in the world and shaping meaningful change. It's your brave, consent-led space to unlearn the harmful “shoulds” of business, life, and social change. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being present; accountable; creative; curious ... and a little bit 'irregular'.
Every month there is a priority setting workshop to plan your month ahead, a community huddle to spark converstaions and connections and a webinar masterclass with fresh topic each month, live with a Q&A: inspiration and insight on ethical business, consent-led relationships, social justice, and more unconventional wisdom.
Draw on the knowledge and experience of Jenn Wilson: their decades of success in business, leadership, therapeutic coaching, arts, activism and consent and learn from the wisdom of guest speakers too.
